Ramsey’s Farm and the Girl Scouts have planned a fun week-end for all! 

On Saturday, October 29, 2005 and on Sunday, October30, 2005 area Girl Scouts will join us on the farm with lots of fun filled activities for all.   

Come out and join us and find out about some of the interesting things that the Brownies, Juniors and Girl Scouts do.  This event is open to the public and everyone is welcome to come and find out more about scouting and enjoy a beautiful day on the farm as well.  A number of fun activities are planned and we encourage anyone that is interested in learning more about scouts to come out and see what scouting is about.  

If you aren’t interested in joining scouting at this time, come on out and enjoy the activities and learn more about the things scouts do.  Some of the activities that will be available include:  Evironscape, 5 a day station, a mock camp site, scarecrows building (bring your own clothes…kids clothes work best), sing songs, and many other free activities. 

Our Scouts will also be happy to take you for a tour of our woods and discuss campfire safety around our campfire.  Roast some marshmallows over our grills and spend some time chatting with the scouts.  Of course, Ramsey’s Farm is open to the public and all of our activities are open as well.  Come out and join the fun!
