Birthday Parties

Come celebrate your child's birthday at Ramsey's Farm! Choose between a tent or a shaded area in our picnic grove. Each child in the party will receive an all-activity wristband to enjoy the farm fun!

Included in Pumpkin Patch Season Birthday Parties:

Base Price: $300.

Full Party Information

  • Reserved Tent or Picnic Grove Party Area

2-hour use of party site. Includes 4 tables for seating, 1 serving table, 1 pumpkin painting table. The base party package includes 10 children - no charge for infants or adults.

  • Private Party Hayride

Your birthday party group will have a private hay ride that will pick up and drop off at your tent.

  • Pumpkins for All Guests

Each child will go home with one small pumpkin from the pumpkin patch.

  • Private Pumpkin Painting

Let the kids use their creative minds to paint fun decorations on the faces of their pumpkins at your party tent.

  • All-Activity Wristbands for All Guests

Enjoy all of the farm activities with our all-activity wristband. Stay and enjoy the farm for the entire day! *Cow Train Tickets Sold Separately.

Weekend Private Daytime Events

Private Daytime Events offer a Great Time During Weekend Pumpkin Patch Activities!

Availability: Saturdays and Sundays 2:00pm-4:00pm. Base Price: $500.

What’s Included?

  • 20 guests included in the base price, $17/person after.

  • All-activity wristband included for each guest to enjoy all of our Pumpkin Patch Activities - valid for the whole day (cow train tickets sold separately).

  • Dedicated space in our picnic grove for 2 hours.

  • 4 picnic tables.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • 30x40 tent rental - $425.

  • Charcoal Grill (bring your own charcoal) - $20.

Private Bonfire Night Events

Availability: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Nights 6:00-9:00pm, September 21st - November 11th.

Base Price: $400.

  • 20 Guests, $15/Person After.

  • All Night Event Activities - Flashlight Corn Maze, Extended Hayride, Combine Slide Playground (Wristband for Each Guest).

  • Private Bonfire and Space in the Picnic Grove for 3 hours.

  • 4 Picnic Tables.

  • Charcoal Grill (Bring Your Own Charcoal): $20.

Groups of 40+ should book 2 or more bonfires to ensure enough space for your guests.

FIELD TRIPS

Bring your group to enjoy the educational value of Ramsey's Farm and the Brandywine Valley.

Educational tours run an average of 2 hours to visit 5 stations full of farm fun.

While enjoying your visit to Ramsey's Farm, students in grades Pre-K though 3rd will participate in several areas that meet state educational standards for Delaware and Pennsylvania.

What's Included:

  • Barnyard tour, pumpkin picking, combine slide, guided hayride, and the interactive corn maze or Spookley trail (based on age group).

  • Students are welcome to bring packed lunches and eat at our designated picnic areas. Please let us know if your group plans to stay for lunch!

  • Pricing starts at $11 a child and includes a field trip pumpkin (picked from the patch!) for each child to take home.

    Includes: Dedicated Space in the Woods for 3 Hours, Picnic Tables, Reserved Bonfire, Hayride, Corn and Sorghum Mazes (Bring Your Own Flashlight).

    Cost: $15/Person, Minimum of $500 to Reserve. Groups of 100 or More Guests, $12/Person (Includes Additional Bonfires). 50% Deposit Required to Reserve Event.

    Additional Options: 2000 Watt Generator Rental ($30/hr), Grill (Bring your Own Charcoal - $20), Tent, 20 x 30 ($300), Tent, 30 x 40 ($425), Extra hour at beginning of event: 4:30 pm – 8:30 pm ($150).

    Notes: Set-Up Permitted 30 Minutes Prior to Event Start (No Guests).

    Cost: $15/Person with $500 minimum. $250 deposit required to book event - remaining balance due upon arrival to farm.

  • We love having school Fall Festivals, PTO events, and other large events during the Fall on the farm. These packages start at $12/person with a 100-person minimum and include a hayride and pavilion/picnic grove rental. Customized add-ons are available.

Important Information:

We are excited to welcome you to the farm for your event! Please review this important information:

  • Ramsey’s Farm allows outside food to be brought in for events, all we ask is that you leave your space as clean as you found it. Trash receptacles are provided.

  • Outside vendors (Caterers, Food Trucks, etc) are only permitted during whole-farm rentals and weekday events with proper permits. Please get in touch with us to book your farm rental if you’d like to add additional vendors to your event.

  • Add-Ons (Additional Guests, Corn Hole Boards, etc) and outstanding balances must be paid before or on the date of your event. Last minute additional guests? Please let us know if you will have more than 40 people with your group, otherwise, we will have wristbands available for purchase.   • In the event of weather-related closures, deposits will be refunded or used for a rescheduled event.

  • Event cancellations other than due to weather, canceled more than 3 weeks before event, will receive a full refund of their deposit by request. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the event will receive a 50% refund of their deposit.

  • We have handwashing stations and two port-a-potties. Please note that our water is not potable and guests should bring their own drinks and water (also available for sale during pumpkin patch hours at the Info Booth).

  • This is an outdoor venue, appropriate shoes and clothing are helpful!
